We have stayed at the Jervois three times in the past six months. Angela and her Team are fantastic! It felt like coming home. Very well appointed Hotel, ideally located in Sheung Wan with everything nearby. We left a phone in the back of our taxi on the way to the airport. Angela was able to contact the driver and arranged for him to drop the phone off at the Hotel. Service with a smile. We are regular visitors to Hong Kong and we will always be staying at The Jervois.
