Each time I stay at this hotel, I feel spoiled by the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff (at reception, dining room, concierge and housekeeping), as well as by the space and stunning views of the Deluxe Suite rooms. The breakfast is very adequate, served very efficiently, and starts off the day well. Whenever I need something extra for the room, it is delivered to my room without delay. The only area where I could perhaps suggest an upgrade, is with the elevator system, which sometimes has a long waiting time. However, this doesn't spoil my stay as everything else is amazing! I recommend it very highly, and I will definitely return.
