Got to the hotel late evening after making arrangements for our lost luggage. Check in was very efficient. Rooms were decent and very clean. Love the Nespresso coffee too! Special mention to Paul who was very kind (and very fluent in English!) for receiving our luggage that arrived the next day and for assisting us in our transfer to the airport. The front desk staff was also very helpful in helping me plan my daily itineraries She gave great recommendations on where to go, when to go, and how to go! Hotel is 2 blocks from Wan Chai stn, and near local eateries. Special mention to Joy Hing (Michelin star) for their goose! All in all, good value for money.
