Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong 

Location: Directly on top of Pacific Place mall and Admiralty station. Super close to Central! Atmosphere: Old, but elegant. Very clean and iconic Rooms: We stayed at a themed room on the 45th kids floor and it was whimsical, clean and had complete amenities. Dyson hairdryer too, with all you can eat meals at the common pantry. Plus 4pm there's free ice cream! There is also an area where you can borrow all kinds of kids amenities such as UV sterilizer, baby bottles, stroller etc. Value: Our room package came with buffer breakfast, themed (with slide and harbour view) overall it was expensive but a very worthy experience. Noise level: since we were at the kids floor, can hear the shrieks and laughter or crying of kids outside the main floor. But as a mom I don't mind. Also our room was near the elevator so could hear the toy train going around. Service: we were assisted early on by the Family experience team Joy and Ella during the evening and Yoko + Raya in the morning. All 4 ladies were so attentive and even remembered my child's name. Making her feel comfortable always. Also at buffet breakfast, service was top notch, fast clean up for dirty plates and fast refill of the dimsum
