Tiffany and the team looked after us so well during our stay. We were greeted warmly and the room was clean and spacious. My photos don't do it justice. In fact, we were lucky because we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room and it was lovely to see the boats bobbing along. Tiffany had a great sense of humour and helped us with a number of requests in our jetlagged state! We didn't use any of the spa amenities etc., but found it helpful to have a water-filling station on floor 7 near the concierge desk so that we could keep ourselves topped up. The room had a mini fridge which helped us to keep some yummy food stored between excursions and overnight. We found it very convenient for the MTR (slightly long walk to the trains but still convenient) and especially for the airport bus to drop us off around the corner, saving us money from taking a taxi with recent fuel price hikes being a concern. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Hong Kong!
