We had a fantastic stay at Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong and would happily return in a heartbeat! From the moment we arrived, check-in was effortless and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel comfortable straight away — warm, professional and always smiling. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, and the view was absolutely magnificent, especially at night. It really added something special to the experience after a long day exploring. What truly stood out was the service. Nothing was ever too much trouble — whether it was bringing ice buckets, extra pillows, or even making us iced coffees. Every request was handled quickly and cheerfully, which made the stay feel personal rather than just transactional. Overall, this hotel delivers fantastic service, comfort and atmosphere.
