So, the rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious. The location is fantastic, and it is easy to travel anywhere in HK. The subway is a 3-minute walk away. There are also several places to eat attached to the hotel with good food. The view from the skytop bar is also stunning, with unrivalled views of the HK skyline. What made my stay 5* was the service from the people named in the title. I had the misfortune of losing my phone. But the community not only helped me retrieve my phone but went above and beyond by translating my needs from English to Cantonese, escorted me to Sha Tin to help retrieve my phone (about 35 mins from the hotel) and ensured my safe return and provided reassurances the whole time. They went above and beyond, and it was a great reflection of the company and themselves, and I can't thank them enough. I'll always stay here whenever I'm in town. It's great for business trips, families, solo travellers, and couples.
