We stayed 2 nights and it was really well positioned because was close to the west lake. Really pretty hotel with comfortable rooms and nice tea service with 3 types of tea to try. The negative aspects were that both Matisse card and Visa credit card were not accepted, the staff was no able to speak English and they had old tourist information about tours and things to do.
