154 reviewsThe staff were very helpful, professional and friendly, when I asked to change my room, because the view was not what i was expecting, they upgraded me to another room, with a view a lovely view of the harbour. The manager Dylan even kindly arranged for his driver to take me and assist me in getting my pre-departure covid test which was much appreciated. The room has a nice bath you can relax in, and a good shower, the bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. My only two disappointments, were that the swimming pool was too cold to swim in, as its not heated, I went middle of January, and the rooms were not as soundproof as I would of liked, as you can still hear people in the corridor and noise from other peoples rooms. The resort is quiet and away from the crowds. I would stay there again, and would recommend it.
