I stayed in a Cabana with 4 friends. A friend and I had made plans to depart from Pucon to visit Chiloe after our stay in El Dorado, but missed the last bus for that night, and therefore couldn't leave until first thing in the morning. The manager offered to let us stay through the night at no extra charge. In addition, because we were traveling in a large group, the management raffled off a return trip with a free weekend for 6 in one of their Cabanas. This exceptional accommodation and customer service earned the 5 star rating. The Wifi in many parts of the resort was very spotty or didn't work at all, and we never got the jets in the Jacuzzi to turn on. The Cabanas were otherwise beautiful and clean. My travels were part of a pre-paid trip, so I can't comment specifically on the price or the value, but I know that with 5 people it is very affordable.
