We had a comfortable 7 night stay because of the attention and help given by a very welcoming staff. Allegretto is a cozy, well located and fairly priced B&B in the heart of Cerro Alegre, with Ascensor Reina Victoria and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, we'd definitely stay there if we ever go back to Valparaíso.
