We stayed there during our vacation on Fogo. Pensao Fatima is handled by the Colonial Guest House so you have to go there to get your key. Also for WiFi you have to go to the Colonial Guest House. There is a nice terrace on the top floor with view to the ocean. The room itself was small but clean and for the price quite good. Our bathroom was missing a door which was a little odd.
