Perfect location at beach; you will fall asleep to the sound of breaking waves each night! Breakfast is full and good with eggs, fresh fruit, juice, bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cakes etc. We did not need lunch any of the 7 days we stayed. The hotel and rooms are relatively new, clean and of good standard. The couple running the hotel are very helpful and speak perfect English. We had a good vacation here and would recommend this hotel to a friend.

My wife and I stayed here during May and there were no other guests in the hotel, so it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We also stayed in room 10 which had the ocean view from the patio. Excellent location, with just a short walk to the beach. Also close to the local restaurants (there are only a handful). Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. There is no wifi from the rooms, however it I sure available downstairs in the dining area. Highly recommend.

I stayed in room number 10 with an ocean view. It was a generous sized room with a double bed and lots of hanging space for clothes plus a big balcony. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with good water pressure compared to some of the other places I stayed in CV. 

The breakfast is included in the price and it is served in a lovely breakfast room with a view of the ocean. It is a buffet style with continental breakfast including cheese, meat, bread, eggs, fresh fruits, yoghurts and fruit juices. 

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and is surrounded by small local restaurants and bars. The main town for amenities such as banks, pharmacy etc, is also 5 minutes walking. 

Would definitely stay here again - the staff are very helpful and friendly and can recommend and organise many things for you to do while in Tarrafal!

A good vaue for money, this nice, small residence is clean and cozy enough to ensure a plesant stay at Tarrafal.
The location is very good (close to the beach) and the staff is happy to help in organising your activities and transfer to the airport.

Friendly and clean guesthouse a few steps from the beach. Basic furniture, good shower, ok breakfast. Wifi in the breakfast room. Ask for a room with a terrace overlooking the bay. Overall a good place for a beach vacation.

Good experience as a whole,  apart from the terrible noise caused all the night long (stopped only at 7 am !!)  from the huge loudspeakers a sort of a disco 100meters away.  But this is not the hotel's fault,  it's because of that sort of crazy love capoverdians,  even more than other Africans,  have for loudness and noise. Unbearable. You better check it out in advance,  if you can...
