Was spacious and clean. Quiet, kitchenette. Bathroom clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.

One of ghe very nicest rooms i have stayed in ....renovated, clean, kitchenette in room, walkin shower, comfortable beds, lg screen tv, close to all amenities

The staff were so great and the bedding.. we asked where to get it, its soooooo comfortable

I was surprised how nice it was for the cost! The room was perfect, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was kind and always available. Pool was clean, hot tub was out of order but c’est la vie. Super close to shops and walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go! Highly recommend, would stay again.

The staff were so kind. The hotel was nice but the staff there made the stay the best. The hotel room was clean basic and could use some more paintings. Good for what we needed for a day.

Had a great 2 night stay. The room was very nice. The pool and hot tub we enjoyed. Breakfast omelet was excellent  and the front desk staff very friendly. We will definitely be back.

It was in fair condition as it’s April and not green and the buildings could be painted outside, but all in all it was good.

You can tell that they done some upgrades which are nice and give off cleanly vibes. One drawback in the extended stays room we were in, the additional security latch on the door was loose and therefore was not secure. Since this was a parking lot accessible room, it did make the room feel a bit unsafe.

Never judge a book by its cover. Motel room section looks run down from exterior but inside rooms are modern and well-appointed. Walls are paper thin and can hear conversations in other rooms as if in their room. Restaurant and bar areas were very nice and staff super helpful. Plenty of gluten free options. At breakfast the chef even brought me a side order of baked beans. Hot options were limited but the omelette station was very good.

The level of service and attention has exceeded the 3 star level.  Each contact with the establishment's personnel was a plwasure.  The maintenance person was at our door step in less than two minutes and solved our issue with a large smile and extreme courtessy.  Housekeeping is providing a very clean and comforting environment.  Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Marvellous

Pleasant surprise when I opened the door of the single room.  Usually motels are basic, drab and just enough to get you through the night.  This room had a fireplace, kitchenette (with full fridge, dish washer, cutlery, plates, cups, etc), King Sized bed, and an updated bathroom. Pull up parking made unloading easy.  Even though the view was minimal with two tiny windows, the place felt like a cozy cave.  Was perfect for my business travel trip to Truro.

I really liked the room that I rented.  I did have some issues with the TV, someone was sent over right away to check it out.The only thing I would suggest is sending staff around to public location to at least keep them straighted up.The night I was there they were hosting events and the next day there was still cups and bottles, chip bags, pizza boxes left strewn about in areas people coming from outside had to walk through to get to breakfast.Besides that oversight the rest of the places I had gone where good.  I had a good breakfast that was included in the price of my stay, which seems to be happening less and less these days.Overall would definitely recommend and stay again myself for sure 😃

From the moment we stepped inside the doors, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful.Accommodations are bright clean, comfortable beds and pillows.Restaurant food was amazing (we ate dinner upon arrival) and well priced.Breakfast was included and it was a full hot buffet with something for everyone, including a made to order egg station.We weren't part of the main building, so we did have to go outside to walk to our motel like room.  Just information to know, not a complaint!Highly recommend and we'll choose again if we're in that area.
