Our stay in your Grand Hotel Richmond was excellent … room was compacted but very clean. We had everything we needed.

Room was small but every thing you need is there. Staff in the bar were very nice.

This room was like a japenese box hotel. Everything in it, bed toilet sink bath. We were evading a snow storm. Excellent for one night on the run. Effective number check in. Clean and renovated.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the room, wich was recently and beautifly renovated. :-)

Brand new interior. Very well nicely done. A little bit small, some odd design features. Not a bad place. I enjoyed staying here. Pizza place up the road is delicious!

The room was compact, with only a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so there's minimal privacy if two people are in the room. However, it was very comfortable and extremely clean, fine for a short stay. The building entry code works only on the front door, not the door nearest the parking area, so a sign on the back door explaining this would be helpful. Note that the check-in kiosk is on the 2nd floor, up a flight of stairs, which would be a challenge/ limitation for anyone with mobility issues.

Business stay, cozy little spot

A bit odd, but ok

The bed is sooooo uncomfortable you toss and turn all night trying to get comfortable. The pillows have so much depth that you wake up with pain, ps squeezing them down only works for a maybe. 10-15 seconds and then the spring back up.The shelf at the head of the bed, dangerous.. not attached to the bars so could tilt off and hurt like hell when you hit your head. Forget hanging your clothes there unless you want to sleep with your head in them.The shower, the head is unadjustable and in order to get in when you have the right water temp you get water sprayed on the floor. The step between the bed flooring and sink, shower, toilet, not a good idea.I guess there is no area tv programming.They do not replenish or enter the rooms to replenish coffee at least.It was a very tight fit room. Not a place to share as no privacy.Table did not open up, night fit chair against the door.
