Place was located minutes driving distance to Charlottetown and a good view of  the ocean where you could pick shells for snacks. Very clean, bright and spacious accommodation with full kitchenette. Clean and comfortable beds. Hosts very friendly and helpful and accessible  as they live next door and also on WhatsApp.
A complete and warm breakfast provided with accommodation. A bonus is that laundry is available with free detergent.

we spent 3 nights at this B&B at the end of a 2 week travelling vacation (3 provinces).We stayed at several other B&B's along the way, and this one stood out for the generous space we had.
There was a large bedroom, en suite (with shower/ tub) and separate sitting room with TV & 2 comfortable chairs and sofa, and a separate kitchenette with table seating for 2. We also had access to a BBQ which we took advantage of one evening. Sobey's grocery store was short drive away.
The entire unit was spotless clean and very comfortable, including the bed.
Breakfast was a buffet style good choice of cereals, fruit, breads yogourts, muffins, coffee tea, juice... lots to choose from. Nothing cooked to order or hot.
Doug, the host was friendly, answered questions and provided tips on sights around the island. Also had maps and brochures on hand that were handy.
Good parking. Our unit and at least one other had private entrance direct to parking area, plus access to outdoor BBQ and tables with umbrellas.
Location is easy access to downtown, 7 minutes away
Laundry room is also a feature we didn't use.

The room was clean and well appointed, meeting all of our needs.Very quiet location. Bed was of good quality providing an excellent nights sleep. The breakfast was robust and delicious. The owner is friendly and most accommodating. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend for a one night or longer stay.

Very welcoming super clean good location  the owner is a very nice oerson and give you good advice about what to do around,  definitely will go back one day , price is also very nice for what you get , thanks a lot to put together this amazing place

What a great find!  We had a full suite -- bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, living room and access to laundry facilities (no charge) -- stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Lots of variety for breakfast -- cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, breads & muffins, beverages, meats & cheeses. Also had a balcony, with BBQ. Host, Doug, was very personable and knowledgeable, providing recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.  Located in Stratford -- a suburb of Charlottetown -- but just 5-10 minutes (with no traffic) to get into downtown Charlottetown, for theatre, restaurants and sightseeing.

What a great find -- great value for the money!

Great location in Charlottetown

Wonderful place

We recently spent 3 nights at this B and B. We had a bedroom, sitting room, and access to a kitchenette. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.  The exterior of the house needs some help with peeling paint on numerous windows and the flowers and bushes were unattended.  The place is not in Charlottetown as it indicates in the address. It is actually in Stratford which is about a 7-10 minute drive to the central city. Not a difficult drive but not as convenient to the city as you might expect. The breakfasts were adequate but quite ho-hum with the same basic things offered every morning at a buffet table. . Store bought muffins, bread, and English Muffins, a plate with some ham on it, a plate with some cheese on it, some jars of jam, 4 boxes of store bought cereal some strawberries and a few other condiments. Not what I might expect at a B and B. After our first full day of sightseeing, we arrived back at the B and B to find the used towels picked up but not replaced. The inner door was wide open which allowed access to the room for other people in the house. The owner said he forgot. How can you forget when you have 3 guests and all you need to do is pick up and replace towels and perhaps tidy up the bathroom.  Not acceptable. For these reasons, we give this a 3.
