Lincoln Motel

It was an overnight stay for a medical procedure. It was fairly quiet and the owner was pleasant and helpful. Id stay here again.  Also it is close to the West Nippising Hospital.

Had problems with bathroom and was immediately offered other accommodations without even asking.

Best sleep I'd had in days.  Quiet and very comfortable!

All good - very quiet and close to shopping and restaurant services.

Wonderful customer services and very accommodating. There was a power outage during our stay and the owner made sure to come around and update everyone on the situation.It is not a 5 star hotel but is a 5 star motel. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Management made sure that I had everything that I needed during my stay. This was my 2nd stay in the last 30 days and this stay was just as nice as the first if not better.Thank you to the management for making our trip that more enjoyable.

Stayed for a fishing trip, would definitely come back again. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms  were spotlessly clean from the mirrors, fridge, microwave, to shower, they also provided us with extra towels. The place has great wifi connection and comfy beds. The motel is in the perfect location, 3 minute walk from the grocery store with plenty of restaurants walking distance. The parking is spacious with room for the boat. Great value + cleanest motel

This is a great budget friendly motel perfectly situated right in the middle of town. Lots of food options within a 5-10 minute walk.We stay here every time we come to Sturgeon Falls. The owners/staff are super friendly and always helpful, the rooms are clean and serviceable, if a little ‘dated’…but  don’t let the “old school” motel thing frighten you away, it is a perfect place to get some sleep. The highway/street noise is a little loud if you are sitting outside, but once inside, it is barely noticeable.

Good option for a good night’s sleep

The place was dated but very clean. Bed was a bit older but still comfy with the right amount of pillows. The shower needed some repair done to the caulking but nothing major. Only complaint was that the walls were thin and I could hear people talking until about 3am but great stop to stay along the way.

Dated but comfortable

We had a wonderful room, with two double beds and very spacious. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly at check-in. There was also a nice table and desk. Wi-Fi was great and nice TV channels. We were very happy with this Motel and will stay here again if we pass through again. The Motel was also conveniently located to amenities.

Very Nice, Clean and Comfortable

I travelled from AB to NB return and stayed in 20 rentals for 1 for 1 night. Several werename brand; most were not and were found at time of ending the day’s travel. Lincoln Motel was one of the top five and was very good VFM. There was a pride of ownership and presentation not always seen in most. Lincoln Motel deserves Hotels.com listings and recommendations; many others certainly do not and overcharge when booked through your site.

Great Value, Well Maintained Motel 👍👍

This is your stereotypical small-town, northern Ontario motel (with an "M"). Luckily this one has had some renovations done to it and it is clean. 

The room we had was probably the smallest room at the motel. This room should really only be a 1 bed room, not 2 doubles and be reserved for double occupancy only. Nonetheless, it's a place to sleep. I saw other rooms that were quite a bit larger so it could just be the room that we got. 

Bathrooms are a hodge podge of amenities. Old school laminate counters and original bright green tub. But, everything works and again, it's clean. 

This motel is located very close to the main highway running through Sturgeon Falls so if quiet is a must, you may want to consider something else. You can hear traffic. Didn't bother us. 

Overall, for the price, this is a place to consider for a night or two.

For the price, you can't go wrong.

The Lincoln Motel is conveniently located in the center of Sturgeon Falls on the main road, directly across from the Dollar Store, and just west of the nearby Metro food store and within walking of Tim Horton's. Plenty of parking, and easy walking to local restaurants and businesses. Room is large, clean, comfortable bed, good sized TV. We arrived in the deep cold of winter and the room was warm and fine,  and the bathroom floor was heated. Pretty neat. Rooms have modern windows, screens for summer. Motel just off of the main road so easy to find and quiet too. Value for your money.

Comfortable Room & a Warm Welcome - Good Value for Sure

I and my husband have been staying at Lincoln motel for past year now. It is conveniently located right off the highway, and is nearby several good restaurants and shops. The staff takes great pride in pleasing their customers and have always been very accommodating. The room is very clean and nice, bed is very comfortable. Highly reccomended and cannot beat it for the given price.

Very clean and well maintained property - Highly Recommended

The motel is currently undergoing renovations, which makes it difficult to rate overall. The only downside to this motel is the location close to a main highway. I left early in the day but noise levels were getting increasingly louder. I believe this will be reduced once the new windows and doors have been installed.
