Kings Inn Midland

This is a great budget-friendly option for Midland.  We were only there one night, but it was clean and comfortable.  Hot water was plentiful.  What else does anyone need?

This location is clean and the staff were friendly. Room is a bit dated but had a fridge and microwave.  There are restaurants nearby. The calue was fantastic.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff.  Just what we were looking for.  Would have loved a kettle or coffee maker!  Other than that it was great

I stayed with my wife and there service is best in affordable prize and i m sure gonna stay here again :)

Well located and close to all points of interest in the area.Room was extremely clean and quiet.Only negative no coffee maker.

I have stayed a few times. Always clean with friendly helpful staff.

This motel never disappoints.  I scored it high in eco-friendliness because there are no longer any plastic cups.  But there wasn’t a single receptacle for drinking a beverage or water.  This is my only criticism, though.  Thank you very much for having a super-dooper snow scraper available!  Also, you get both a microwave and fridge for just $80 a night.  The bed was comfy and everything very clean.

Bargain of the decade in Midland

My second stay in Kings Inn Midland. Clean room and bathroom. Safe neighborhood. Close to Awenda Provincial Park and other Georgian Bay parks. There are two things that could be improved. I wish we were given 2 pillows per person. We got just one pillow per person. Also there were streaks of light coming through window as blinds were not covering the entire window. Otherwise all good. Price lower than other motels.

Clean room and bathroom at reasonable price in qiuet area. Lots of nice conservation areas around. Awenda and Six Mile Lake Provincial Parks not far away. Easy check in and check out. What could be improved are pillows and lights. Pillows could have been softer. The light above mirror and sink was a little bit too bright.

I only needed a room for 1 night as I was moving and this budget friendly motel was perfect.  Front desk was friendly on check in and there was a drop box for keys for check out.  Very clean and within walking distance to a few restaurants.  Parked right outside the room for convenience.  Would recommend.

We stay here for our annual visit family trip. Great price, always clean, staff very friendly. Fridge and microwave in room but wish coffee machine was also. But there is aTim Hortons 5 minutes away. If your looking for a clean place to stay for a good price and a basic room, I would recommend staying here.

Perfect stop for us on our northern ontario fall colours tour! It is located in a quite part of the city near a nursing home and car dealerships. Convenient parking right outside your door. Room was clean, wifi and tv worked great! Beds were comfy and we slept great! Easy checkout, drop your key in a box on your way out

Wow! Fantastic.

This is a small privately owned hotel. The property and rooms are well maintained. It is very close to downtown and nearby restaurants. The owner was very helpful. We arrived early and were able to go to our room in the early afternoon.  All of the room facilities worked. The room was very clean. Our room was very quiet. Next time we are in Midland we will try to stay there again

Pleasant Stay

I'm really surprised this is a 2 star hotel. Granted, there are things like breakfast which I don't think they had etc. but the beds were super comfortable, shower was great, the staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious enough for us. Didn't seem like it was in a bad location either. If you are hesitant to stay here, I wouldn't be. It was a good place to stay a couple nights and I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.
