Friendly staff. Good location. Very clean and good value for the price. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very good overall just need bit more parking.

Absolutely amazing. It’s affordable, clean, comfortable and secure. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra night and were able to keep the room another day. They’re so good with our German shepherd and supplied us with some doggie bags as we forgot them back in PG. we will absolutely without a doubt continue to stay here when we come to Kamloops. Highly recommend. Very quiet and just all around lovely, welcoming, safe, and comfortable.

Very friendly staff.  Nice location as many things are only a short walk or drive away.  Clean and good pricing/value.  I would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Floors were clean. All appliances were safe and operational. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Room was very clean and quiet. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The price was very reasonable for what you received.

Staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately I had a problem with the heater in my room (it was very loud). When brought to the staff’s attention a small (quiet) portable room heater was supplied.Please note: I have stayed here several times and this was the first and only time I have had a problem (of any sort) with a room at this motel.

This location was excellent for the price. Room was updated, clean and quiet. Reception was courteous and professional. Room was heated and cooled with a very quiet and efficient heat pump. Provided appliances were in good and safe operational condition (small coffee maker, small bar fridge, microwave, tv, tv cable converter box). There were available electrical wall outlets for electronics such as laptops, cellphone chargers. I will most certainly stay here again.

On a recent road trip from Saskatchewan to Vancouver and back over the course of 6 days, I stayed at  the Grandview on the way out and on my return. Check in was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Many dining options were a very short drive away and access to the highway was easy. For a quick stay, I would highly recommend. Great value for the money. I will definitely return on my next trip.

It was just what we needed for a quick trip to the Kamloops hospital for day surgery. needed somewhere to stay prior and for one night after.  yes it is a bit dated but we found it to be clean and had everything you need for a quick getaway. Close enough to downtown and shopping centres without costing a fortune, and away from the homeless in downtown area.

Char our receptionist gave us a warm welcome and Restaurant advice. We took her tip and walked to an excellent Mongolian Restaurant in the city centre which was only a mile to walk to through pleasant residential streets. The Motel was easy to find off the highway and being just down from a main road was very quiet.Old style Motel and excellent value.

I had the best sleep the rooms are very sound proof so no highway noise like the fancy expensive hotels I’ve stayed in here. The beds are very comfortable and it was a very peaceful place. The lady that checked us in was lovely and very helpful with any questions I had. Very central so you can walk anywhere, It felt like small town service in a big city!

Lovely hidden place in the city

We (me, my husband and our small dog) were travelling from Edmonton to Vancouver Island and booked the motel as our stopping point in between.We were delayed behind a traffic accident at Revelstoke for over 3 1/2 hours and were going to miss the 9 PM check in. We  were in contact with the management via text and they were very gracious having first said they would stay in the office until midnight and when we weren’t going to make that they gave us instructions on how to check ourselves in and said they’d leave our room light on for us! After an exhausting 14 hours on the road, finding a clean room with comfy beds was EVERYTHING!

Third time staying here. Great for a night or two. It is not right downtown so you have to drive or bus to get to shops and activities. Nice and relatively quiet considering it is on a major route. Has a pool, BBQ and a few picnic tables and seating area. Coffee machine, mini-fridge and microwave -would love to have a kettle in the room tho (tea just doesn't taste great through a coffee machine), Very pleasant check in

Check in was seamless. We were welcomed to a very well kept room. It smelled clean and was very tidy. Amenities all close by. Parking lot was large and spotless. The pool was well kept and despite the hot day there were shaded pool chairs. Our kids loved it. The office sells snacks and trinkets. We bbq'd steaks in the evening. The grills and tables were clean and well kept. We would absolutely stay here again. One of the best little older motels we've stayed at!
