Unfortunately had staff walk into my room at night because they thought I was not there scary for a solo traveller.

Was a good place to rest my head at the end of my day.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a getaway from home in BC. For the price, it was certainly a great choice.Easy access to a No Frills & a Shoppers Drug Martjust across an open grassy area near the hotel, and a walking distance (or <5 minute drive) from nearby fast food locations/restaurants.Overall, the room itself was decent. Not spectacular, but you get what you pay for (& I'm not particularly picky in general). Cleanliness was overall decent. Walls were a bit scuffed up from a chair hitting it due to the chair being located in a relatively tight corner (moved it cause I didn't want to cause anymore indentations when i sat down at the table).Noise was sometimes a little elevated at night (beyond 11 pm), but nothing that would've kept me awake.Overall, if I could give it 4.5, I would. Since that's not an option, I'll round it up to 5 stars.

Derrick was so accomodative even we showed up in the wee hours of the morning. He is so personable and courteous. The place is clean and yeah we have a good sleep

Stayed 3 nights and I have stayed here multiple times. It always stands to me as an example of how a business can push past obvious limitations to provide as best customer service as they could. Sure, a lot of things could be done better starting from the modernization of the facility. However, I still, in all, have a good experience every time I stay. Bed comfortable, never had a problem with regulating the room temperature, heater/AC always working; with those, I can’t up with little stuffs here and there that I wish were better.

The staff who operate the front desk day and night are very friendly and helpful. They kindly upgraded my room upon arrival unprompted and we're very informative. It was important to me that it was a safe, budget conscience accomodation. With the property being locked after 11pm (guest access only), I felt the environment was safe.

The staff were excellent, cleanliness was above average but not excellent, better than most places. Pillows were a bit worn. Bath tub was a good size. There was an outdoor light that was flickering all night had to keep  the curtain closed at all times, not something that would be easily corrected though . I would recommend this place

For the price, it is a good value for the money. It is an older hotel, need some updating for sure. But in a strange way I kind of like the old feel of it. Kudos at the number of safety cameras in the hotel, it has every angle covered, While there were no cause for safety concerns but fixing the back door asap will definitely help increase the sense of safety. Daily room cleaning would also help a good deal - but I'm  impressed at how generally clean the hotel was considering it is an older hotel.

Great location, away from highway noise, and great amenities close by! Value priced and very helpful staff and management!

Coffee!?! Where's the coffee maker in the room? There was coffee out by the lobby, but there was NO CUPS, NO CREAM, and NO SUGAR!?! What kind of a "Good morning" is that?!?
