Had a wonderful getaway while staying here.

The rooms were spacious and wonderful. The pool was a great temperature. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. One breakfast staff was rude/abrupt but she’s one person out of many that were great. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything was great except for mattress and the pillows. Neither were comfortable. I found the mattress to be too soft, same goes for the pillows! I hope management can upgrade to a more firmer kind of mattress and pillows ( at east 1, the king size).

I love the suites here! Home away from home. We will be returning!

Room size was amazing.  Entities- dishes, full size fridge, microwave were all added bonuses

Was an amazing comfortable stay for the night. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was extremely clean. I would definitely return. Also very close to some restaurants and downtown.

Great experience.  Would highly recommend staying at this facility.

Nice hotel! Everything is clean and new. But not enough parking for the amount of guests, and no front desk staff showed up until after 10 minutes waiting upon arrival. Another guest chased someone down to help. We used the pool but then there was no place to hang swim suits and extra towels in the bathroom or around the room. I’d stay again — we loved the room itself. Just a few glitches that I trust will improve.

Staff were amazing! They went over and beyond our expectations. Very clean and looks new. The heat/AC was quiet. Our room was very big. The only issue were the huge pot holes in the parking lot. My daughters were playing computer games on the computer down at the lobby area. Complimentary coffee was a bonus. Will return for sure.

We loved how the rooms had so much extra room! Little kitchenette with lots of dishes and even a dishwasher to turn on before we left. A family of 4 can comfortably live in this space for any amount of time! We will be back for sure and will always look for this chain of hotel suites for future travels

Lovely stay, the breakfast was amazing, 24 hour tea&coffee was an added bonus! Hotel is new, very clean (cleaners constantly cleaning the lobby). Very well kept lobby. Lobby large and lots of seats available. Pool water was a bit cold, still enjoyed by the kids, would have loved to see a hot tub in a new hotel. Rooms (family of 5) HUGE mini kitchen (sink, full size fridge) dishes, etc! Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

Great stay. Easy check-in, easy parking, breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean, nice cotton towels, microfiber sheets, staff friendly. Great pool hours 6am to 11pm. Tea and coffee available in foyer 24hrs. Only down side was I was not able to get wifi on my phone (tablet was no problem) staff did try to assist. Would stay again.

This is the first time coming to Huntsville.  Hotel is near Algonquin Park, downtown of Huntsville and many other stores are few minutes away.  Very convenient location.   Price is good, room is comfort, everything clean.  Environment is quiet and people working here are nice.  I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

3 days getaway in Huntsville

This beautiful hotel was the perfect place for us to stay for a dance competition for a number of days in May 2024.  The hotel was fresh,  modern and clean.  The room was large and had a kitchenette with a full size fridge making mealtime away from home a breeze.  The staff were lovely aside from one female staff member at breakfast who was very unkind!! The situation was unfavourable enough for me to take off a star however aside from that I would absolutely stay again.

This is a new facility, everything is bright and shiny; the location is superb: right off the highway and close to Walmart and Loblaws - you can get just about everything you need for the road.The room has a "full" kitchen (full size fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher) but without a cook stove - it's good for microwave food, cold food meals, which you can get from Loblaws/Walmart.The room we stayed in is very spacious with two comfortable queen beds and a curtain divided living area with two sofas and a "coffee table"/ottoman.There is a lack of dining table however; the ottoman with orange colored fabric is less than ideal to serve as a dining surface.  The other thing that the interior designers lost touch with practicality is the choice of the light green cushion color for the only chair in the room: staining anyone?There is an oval shaped table on wheels which could serve as dining table, but if so, where would everyone sit on?  The sofa and the ottoman is too low and there is only one chair in the room. Despite some "interesting" choices made by the room designers, this is still an excellent place to stay considering the new condition of the facility, its location and the reasonable price.
