I recently stayed here with my Mom after we had to unexpectedly evacuate our apartment for a couple of nights. Unfortunately most of the cheaper places in our neighbourhood have very bad reputations. Decided to give the Embassy a try and was pleasantly suprised! It was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. Lots of TV channels, free WiFi,  fridge and microwave. And more importantly I never felt unsafe staying here. There are lots of places to eat nearby, a movie theatre and a Shell gas station.The only down side was the pillows and bed could have been more comfortable but overall this motel is excellent for the price.

This motel was amazing! It had everything i needed and the staff was just amazing, for a motel everything was super clean and accessible! For the awesome cheap price per night screw a hampton inn! Embassy was the best!!

Could use a hair dryer.  Newly renovated; nice and clean.

The rooms are really fixed up nice. Bathrooms all up-to-date tile with shiny clean grout.  Showers blow your hair back. Good cold fridge with a freezer...A/C was wall unit...a little loud, so i had to turn it off to sleep. No problem!  i'm coming back frequently, whenever I have to stay around Kitchener/Waterloo

Decent place to stay for cheap. Would reccomend for anyone just looking to stay the night somewhere

Very good and clean rooms, bathroom was was well kept, very good and friendly office staff. Nice and cheap rooms.Highly recommended if taking a break from driving.Also proximity to bus stop makes it excellent stop for a day.

Its a nice motel, very clean and tidy, beds were cosy.Every thing was up to the mark what you would except at this price point.

Nice and clean room, enough room to park 2 cars in front of room. Good wifi, microwave in rooom. Staff very helpful and we were very happy

Pleasantly Surprised

Nothing fancy but better review rating than most of the other motels in the area. My particular room was missing the smoke alarm (this is a no no) and half the buttons on the TV remote didn't work so couldn't really switch channels. Other than that the room wasn't very big but served it's purpose and was clean. Sheets were clean too.

This motel is conveniently located. The rooms are clean, while the bed linens and carpet are dated, they are clean and pillows are new. The bathroom was recently renovated and looks spectacular. Rooms have a microwave and a small fridge! No coffee makers, but Tim Horton's is right up the street. No complaints for the price. It's a comfortable, reasonably priced motel that is dog friendly :)

Good Stuff: Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was good but on the firm side.Okay Stuff: Pillows, Price was right.Not Good: The location is close to a main road, so some noise, but that isn't the fault of the motel. The room was cold and breezy (during an ice storm). The heat was on, but the rooms have window/wall AC units and in mine there was definitely some cold air getting in. Could be fixed with better sealing. Nothing major.  Summary: I've stayed in places I wouldn't stay again, this isn't one of them. For the price, it was a good stay and I'd book again if I needed to stay near the area.

Nothing fancy but clean and check in staff.nice. No coffee but lots of places close. Good valie.

Staff was very friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed.

A later check out time would be nice but over all I like the privacy of the rooms.

Stay was comfortable, was not what we expected for a motel. Very clean no smell and Quiet. One suggestion add grab bars to the bathtub for climbing in and and in the trub.
