Stayed here in Nov. 2016. All rooms are surprisingly quiet, even the ones toward the street. Budget room (no window) too small for two people. Rooms are impeccably clean and facilities are well-kept. Everything is very new. Construction work seems to be finished. There is a roof terrace with second-to-none view (no chairs yet, ask for the key, bring a drink and camera). Location is really great, walking distance to the palace and river. Ms. Mana at the reception speaks good English and Chinese. She is most helpful, patiently showing you all the rooms and advising you thoroughly on your travel options. Bus prices are market average, so you can book here. They prefer safe and reliable companies. Come here for a good quiet time and spacious rooms. WiFi was strong, except on the 6th floor. We had no complaints and cannot understand the prior negative reviews. If you are looking for a reliable Tuk Tuk driver who does not cheat you and stops where ever YOU want call the young and sympathetic Mr Sarang: 015 509 444 (basic English; or have your hotel call him; S-21, Prison Museum and Central Market with plenty of time [8 a.m. to 3 p.m.] for 15 USD).
