Upon arrival greeted by a very nice man on reception and a young bell boy. Both very very nice people made me feel very welcome. Speedy check In. Was surprised to find a very nice generous plate of cold meats cheeses and some veg nicely laid out on a plate. WHAT A VERY NICE WARM WELCOME 5 STARS. Very newly decorated and looks very nice and fresh. Room very clean, in fact everywhere is very clean and fresh. I then went to the small quaint bar in reception this morning. Lady from reception came to serve me. We had a little chat. Very pleasant lady. Had very nice things to say and explained hotel owned by a Lady from Bulgaria living elsewhere. Again all very refreshing. I have been to so many opulent hotels and I would have to say this hotel has touched my heart. I can not recommend this hotel enough and that is because of the personal touches on the hotel and staff. I would come back and also recommend this hotel to anyone that likes the idea of feeling valued something money can not buy these days. I will enjoy my week here and am confident to post this review on day 1. Amazing staff make this hotel a WINNER. I am not in a seaview room as it showed none avail which will only be due to Jet2 holidays allocation of rooms but there are literally hundreds of sea view rooms avail and the views do look fab so if you can't see seaview avail just phone the hotel direct about an upgrade.
