The hotel is actually very good, especially for the paid price. We got a very good offer. The food is various, good and fresh. A minus could be the alcohol, is weak and pretty cheap, but is a common thing for all inclusives stuff. Also, the animation team is strongly involved in cheering up the public, a various program and nice persons. Dimi, Kari, Yoni, Sveto, Gabi and Koko are awesome, we loved the energy. For sure we’ll come back.

Nice and affordable hotel. Its may be old fashion, but renovated. Lobby and rooms are modern furnitured. You get free water and fruits in your room with your arrival. The location is perfect in the center of the city. Friendly and helpful STAFF! I Never had a chance to visit the Vinery, but i would do it next time. Definitely Recommended. I would stay again.

It looks like an old building but on the inside the lobby caught me by surprise with its modern design and cozy atmosphere. I was received by a friendly and warm staff, they were helpful not only with my luggage but also provided information about local sights.I was lucky to have the last free room that has been renovated this year . I was pleasantly surprised to find such good room at such a low price - the style was modern with comfortable furnitures and nice view of the city centre.

We chose this hotel because of its location and it is a nice hotel by Eastern European standards. On the downside, our room was quite small and the bathroom and shower were pretty cramped, and the bed was harder than we prefer. But it was clean and fairly well maintained. On the upside, the staff were very nice and helpful, the price was good. The restaurant was a real plus and our room on the east side had a very nice view of the city and the plaza. There are some abandoned cement building projects nearby, relics of the Soviet era that were never finished. But that is not uncommon in Bulgaria.

All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Upsides outweigh the downsides ...

cozy hotel

Room was renovated probably in the 90s. It was dirty and you could hear the neighbor's every movement, including bathroom. The lock on the door had been broken several times and locking the room was questionable. Corridors were with warn carpets and broken glasses.  It was surreal! Do not bother considering this place!
