Very nice and clean cabins (houses) private bathroom shower, we got extra room for kids, wooden house gives you the perfect feeling in the forest.Don't waste your holiday in hotels. 0 noise, reception lady was very kind, free parking 24h , rent a car because borovets is 30min walk or more. By car is 5 min.The restaurant was not the best experience, the waitresses acted like they don't want to do their job, they forgot our dessert and didnt accept card. The resort is 5stars

Very good place design is interesting looks very unique and is good for relaxation and to enjoy the nature. you can even make your own BBQ. the only inconvenience is that is a little bit far from the center

We didn't stay in the Villa, only visited the restaurant. The waiter did a very good job recommending us very good dishes.
They have a trampoline for children to jump while the adults are enjoying the nice food and fresh forest air. 

We stayed at Yagoda part, which is nicer than Malina. The cottage has one big room with a double bed, one tiny room for two children (separated by a curtain, no door), a mini-kitchen (with all necessary equipment and crockery) and a shower/toilet. It is very quiet and cosy inside. With curtains closed we could sleep very long :) . 
There are few things that could be improved: apparently some guests smoke inside, so there was a little odour, but it was not strong (maybe it was a while ago). The electric wiring does not seem to be proper and safe, there are some wire connections near the toilet and shower, some outlets do not work.

Pleasant experience, great for group fo friends. Nice cabins in the woods, very warm and cozy, some of them have private sauna but you need to ask in adition about it. Food in the restaurant is nice and the whole surrounding is beautiful, small villas are very charming spread around the trees.

Both Yagoda & Malina/"Strawberry & raspberry" Villas are located at an hour's drive with spectacular views from the capital Sofia, near the small mountain town of Samokov. I stayed at the Malina villas (25 of them, in Yagoda they are about 35). It's Alpine style, each has a small veranda, living-room with a sofa, table, chairs & a single bed in the corner, a kicthenette (a table for four, cooker, fridge & sink), and two cosy double rooms upstairs (the stairs above're steep, though!) - perfect for a family with kids or a company of 4 or 5 people. One can start a small fire outside & use it for BBQ. The best about the accommodation is that all villas're situated under gorgeous high pine-trees & the air is fantastic! Perfect for mountain hiking, skiing or simply unwinding and relaxing. There're good longe-chairs as well.  A couple of ski-lifts, incl. one with cabins to reach the highest mountain peak on the Balkans (2925 m).

We just had our dog and this seemed like a perfect place to visit. From the hotel, they give you a food boll and a bed for the dog. The houses are old, but very clean. There is a tiny kitchen if you want to cook something. It was very warm, which was good. A restaurant in the premises of the Villas has delicious options. There are pleanty options for outdoor activities for both kids and grown ups.

With our late Saturday arrival and extended weekend stay we had a good party for a friends bachelor’s party. 

Our house was warm and cozy. The other house had sauna inside. There was no shuttle service to the ski area and there is no pedestrian alley to have a safe walk to the center. 

Have a good stay and pray for snow. 

we came for Borovets mountain park for 3 days. the villas yagoda are traditional and beautifil, the place is quiet and as we came in summer the villa was in good temperature.
thr breakfast could be better ( we ate continental breakfast in the list) but the only thing that I did not like was that we had not cleaning service every morning in the room, so the towels were 3 days used.


It was a nice villa for one night stay.
we eat in the restaurant of the resort,
they were very nice and the food was good.
its 5 minutes car drive from Borovets Ski resort.
we too a walk on the woods in the snow and that was nice.
