A very nice place, clean and fragrant, nice furniture, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette, good room lighting, elegant and pleasant, nice and helpful owner, I highly recommend!
The only downside is the lack of internet in the studio, because it's low season, internet available only in the lobby, where it was too cold to spend time there.

Kind and welcoming attitude from all staff members.
Warm and cozy rooms. Thermostat, kitchenette and most of the comforts of home all in one (microwave, hotplates, pans, pots, dishes and cutlery).
They were sure to make our visit a nice and welcoming one.
Big TV with Netflix, prime and most major TV networks.
They even went out of their way to provide us with cooking oil and vinegar for our salads when all the shops were closed :)
Highly recommended, would visit again and hopefully soon!

This is our second stay for this year in this hotel and we are group of 6 friends. We visited it the beginning of January and we are currently here again.
Rooms- The both times we booked apartments and its great! Its clean and warm in the rooms!
Location- the location is good and its quiet. It's on the main road and it's about 8 minutes walking to the town/slopes.  
Staff- The man at reception is very helpful. Everything we asked for he has been very very kind and always willing to provide us the great service! 
We will definitely come back!

Cheap, close to the town. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great value. We were on a stag do so standards were low, but this hotel was a real surprise, had a great stay and think the the prices offered are incredible.

We stayed at a lovely well equipped apartment. It had everything we needed- coffee machine, kettle, kitchenette ( with a hob). Lovely view from our balcony. It is away from all the noise and crowds, which I consider as a plus. Would definitely go back again.

Stayed here for a week to ski with my partner and family members. The room was very clean, had everything you needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was always warm and we were able to dry our wet ski stuff. We had a balcony overlooking snow filled trees, it was lovely. We spent a couple of evenings in the hotel lounge playing pool and cards and the drinks were reasonably priced. It’s a 10 minute walk into the centre of Borovets to pick up your ski equipment but that ensured it was quiet in the evening and we slept well after a day on the slopes. If you’re looking for great accommodation and a fantastic price, try Villa Park.

Better than expected

Travelled to Borovets in Feb 2019 and stayed here. Good location just 10 minutes walk from the gondola (but up a hill), situated in a quieter part of town so not so rowdy of an evening. Room 401 (double bedroom/double bathroom) was massive. Bedding/towels clean/fresh and towels changed frequently (if anything too frequently). On the downside facilities are starting to look a bit dated and in need of some maintenance (cracked tiles, water damage stains on walls, grubby windows). Choice of cutlery/dishes/pans etc. etc. can be a bit of a lottery but we asked for a toaster and were given one straight away so presumably we could have asked for extra cutlery?? It's great value especially for our needs but maybe not if you're expecting immaculate facilities

Cheap and cheerful, but not the Ritz

We stayed here with family whilst on a skiing holiday. 1st time in Bulgaria.
We chose this hotel as reasonably priced and now I understand why. The hotel is at the bottom of an inclining road abiht a 5 min walk to the gondola, restaurants and ski hire shops and about a 10 min walk to the slopes and ski lifts (lifts and gondola are separate and you have to cross a road to get to either one)  If you are expecting a 4* and like in England then you will be very disappointed, its more a 2* at the most. Hotel outside looks quite nice hut inside is very different, dark, very dated and in dyer need of a refurb. Hotel owner/manager collected us from the airport in a van that was so dirty you couldn't see out of the windows atall (about an hour or so transfer from Sofia), hardly speaks English and when we arrived at Villa Park he typed in his computer that came up in english one room had plumbing issues so could we share 2 rooms between 7 of us for 1 night. I couldn't believe all rooms were full but he didn't charge us transfer fee (140 lev) and gave us a couple of bottles of wine which was fair enough and we were grateful. I don't even know how to describe the rooms, 1 double bed with uncomfortable mattress and super thin pillows I had to use a couple of towels underneath to prop my head up a little. A sofa bed which was OK but the bedding isn't exactly clean (marks and stairs on bedding and mattress) room dirty with clumps of dust, my room walls were painted 3 different shades of yellow (room 107) with a white paint running down 1 wall, skirting board missing or broken, towel rail not work in bathroom, water from shower flowed so slowly by the time you finished the water was nearly over the top of the tray, shower temperature is extremely temperamental and all of us nearly scolded ourselves until we got used to adjusting it. Room are apartments so have a kitchen area, cupboards have cups, glasses, cutlery, plates which most were chipped.
Downstairs there's a small games room, pool table and eating area, breakfast is basic and all we could eat was a couple of slices of toast and fruit. Coffee so strong 2 in our group said it tasted like tar  
You get what you pay for I guess but I would save and stay somewhere alot better and closer to the slopes. I wouldn't return and also I wouldn't return to Borovets.

Won't be returning

After reading all the reviews on here and booking.com I was really worried about arriving. I was expecting a flea pit! 
Check in was easy enough, we arrived in the apartment and was pleasantly surprised (following the reviews) ok, it wasn't as clean as you would expect a hotel room to be, there was clean bedding and towels. 
The sofa beds were stained and not comfy. Main bedroom bed wasn't comfy either, was also chewing gum on the headboard!!! 
One pillow per person, small flat pillows. 
Not enough utensils in the kitchen to cook a meal or even enough plates for 5 people. WiFi doesn't reach the rooms, generally WiFi in Borovets was terrible.
If I was to give any tips - take slippers. You don't want to walk around in bear feet! 
We tried the food there once, only once!! Far to better to walk 10 mins up the hill to eat. 
Location was good, Gondola is a 15 minute walk away. 

Good location, cheap, but wouldn't stay again. 

We arrived on 11/3/19 rooms 120/121 and was in total shock with the rooms dirty , blood on sheets, screws holding bed together, microwave hole through the door , food still in microwave and a saucepan and the bin , fridge rotten , showers shocking ,the pillows and mattress was rotten dirty and we are non smokers and the ashtray was full of fag ends the list goes on. When we complained the lady threw our money at us and said go now. We then had to find another place to stay .PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES I AM PUTTING ON HERE .
