We took a break after I got my PhD and before our baby comes, and for 5 days we stayed at Pousada Encantada to get some rest, and of course, to go around Trancoso and see all its natural beauty. Kelly, the owner, super friendly, made sure that everything was ok all the time, from our sleep to the breakfast. She arranged a masseur for me, to relief some pregnant back pains and swelling. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and you feel at home. Kelly will give you all the tips about the beach and restaurants to go. The Pousada Encantada is a walking distance from the Quadrado, which is the place with historical houses, a charming small church from the colonial period, lot of restaurants and shops. It’s lovely during the day or night. Our bedroom was spacious and our bed and pillows super comfortable. We totally recommend it!
