Pipa panorama

We spent one week at Pipa Panorama, an apartment hotel. We had some problems to find the place (so make sure to contact the owner and get directions) because it's located a bit "off". Atleast in Pipa where everything is happening on the same street. This might be enoying to some people who wants to be in the center, but for us it was great. It takes about 10 minutes to walk "down town" and to the closest beach and there are combies leaving just outside the house to other beaches for 1,50 reais. It's quiet and calm and the atmosphere is very friendly and you feel free to come and go as you want without a receptionist knowing your every single step and it's not a bible of restrictions waiting for you in your room. The rooms are clean with a simple but nice style and there is a kitchen (that is not very equipped, but we asked the owners for the things that we needed) with a big refrigerator. The lovely balcony, that faces the ocean, has places to sit and a hammoc. The only thing that we didn't like about the room and the balcony was the lightning. No cozy light at all, you can choose between full lightning or totally dark. This could easily be fixed by candles and a couple of small lamps in the rooms. You get great value for the money. And the 20 meter long swimmingpool was great! For 12 reais you will get a good breakfast (not a buffé) with great bread, coffee, freshly made juice, eggs and a big plate of fruits. The owners helped us with everything that we needed and asked for and made us feel very welcome, almost as visitors in their home. We had an amazing time in lovely Pipa and can for sure recommend this place to everyone who looks for a place where you feel free, secure and don't want to be "waited on"
