At Home Hostel & Pub

Putting a hostel and a pub together was one the greattest ideas I have ever seen. The clients are beautiful, the music is awesome, the crew is amazing and the guest are the best. Close to main turistic places and beaches in town, At Home made me feel really comfortable and welcome. Even the noise during the night could not spoill the sweet experience that was being a guest in this hostel. Thank you all, guys!

excellent for people that wanna party. We stayed in Fortaleza during New Year .
the hostel is integrated in a pub. so you go down the stairs and you have a nice party to meet people. The stuff was awesome and rooms clean. Furthermore its close to beira-mar beach. I can definitly recommend it... had a gorgeous time there.

The best Hostel&Pub in Fortaleza

excellent stay

Oh where to begin.. we arrived at this 'hostel' at about 7 p.m to be greeted by a dark glum building that looked like it was closed down. We rang the bell and the owner eventually let us in. What greeted us upon entry was a filthy 'bar' with some folded up tables and writing all over the walls- a far cry from the pictures. 

The owner brought us to our double room which hadn't been cleaned from the night before..The owner handed us clean sheets and we had to change the bed ourselves.. she then proceeded to brag about how busy the bar downstairs gets and showed us pictures on her phone.. 

We left to go for dinner and on the way out we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned as the bin was over flowing from the previous guests and there was also a nice present in the toilet stinking the place out.. After 2 days the room was never cleaned and we couldn't find anyone to complain to..beds were also so uncomfortable.. 

Breakfast was a joke..Some butter and a packet of bread just thrown on the table.. 

This hostel has clearly changed owners and it is more concerned with being a bar than a hostel so ignore lonely planet and DO NOT STAY HERE

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the security guard was really nice
