Farouk at reception gave great restaurant ideas and gave us a choice of rooms when the reservation he had said it was for a couple, but we were a family of three.Lovely to have the history of the hotel documented and for its unique room numbering. Loved the fact that it is not a chain and most importantly a very comfortable bed.Just across the road from the hotel gave great views of the city and it was an easy walk down a reasonably steep hill to the old town..
