This great little hostel is perhaps the funkiest place in the old town to stay! Stayed once before, and lived up to ALL my expectations... So back for more, the staff are (as always) warm and friendly and the rooms are cosy and cheap! With the Jazz bar Pink Houdini just downstairs what better place to unwind and just let the city talk to you. 

- Loc.: Central position more than Excellent at famous Str. at W.S. Edge of O.T._ all attractions & every around incl.: big SuperMarket “Konzum” +lab for PCR test =Nose /Blood +140 /40 BM +24 /4 hr. _from Train /Intercity Bus St. =2.50 km E. front Terminal of Tram #1 to “Posta =Post Office” St. +1.80 BM then walk 200 m N. (or also close T #3 /5) _to Airport attach Bus #200e +5 BM +v. limit OR Bus #31e /103e /103 /107 to “Dobrinja Skola A.” then Walk 1.2 km W. +2 BM +Many (Taxi =20-30 BM).
- Rm.: as described: limit Space due D.B. occupy most area +big window +G. flat TV.
- Ht.: 2 Shar. B. (1 big incl. bathtub + 1 sm.) serve 5 Rms. all at 1 Apartment in 1st. fl. above bar with secure gate _G. common Kitchen incl. v. limit accessories w.\ Excel. Balcony V. _In general has some shortages due lack of business for Corona _do not use Wi-Fi.

I have stayed in many hostel across the Former Yugoslavia, and this is in the Top 10! Its 5 mins walk from the River, and less than 10 mins from the old Town Squire. The staff where fantastic, always helpful (even if their English is not), no complaints other than the usual hostel things, a computer for the monitor and a working shower door would not have gone a miss, but not really that important in the face of breakfast everyday and all the Bosnian coffee you can drink =) The owner is often down stairs and is always up for a laugh. 4/5 worth a stay!

I stayed here for one night in October, 2104, and was super satisfied with my stay. The atmosphere was fantastic, as it was attached to the adjacent jazz bar and you could juuust vaguely hear the rhythm of soft jazz music through the wall. It was really cheap (I believe around 20 KM/10 EUR, if I remember correctly), and the staff was as friendly as you could ask for. When I stayed there were no other guests in the hostel, which was nice in that I got to enjoy a whole dorm room to myself, but also disappointing since you normally check into a hostel with the hope of meeting other travelers. I'm sure this was just because it was the off season; anyways, if there had just been a few more guests to chat with, it would have been perfect, and as it was I had a wonderful stay!

The Only Place to Be!

A Fantastic little place near the Heart of the Old City

Great Hostel in Central Sarajevo

Although the quality of this site is okay, there were a few things missing to make it good. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. However there are some facilities missing, which are said to be there, and for the price you pay there might be some other options. I think that if this hostel just turns up it's services (Offering accessible WiFi, not checking to much if the heaters in the room are switched off) a notch they would really get a higher rating.

This hotel is on top of pink Houdini jazz club: if you don't mind sleeping with music this place is good. The mini room ( mine was only the space for the bed) are arty. No blanket and sheets and this made our night a little bit cold. The management was very annoying waking us up at 9 to pay. Toilet are shared so not always available and often wet and not properly clean. This morning I fixed the wc water that want working.
