Everything about this hostel was great! The rooms were nice and spacious and had one of the comfiest mattresses I have ever slept on. The entire hostel was very clean and had a nice charm with vintage vinyls on display and a player in the common area open for use. The highlight of the hostel was definitely the owner Dennis. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable during our stay and treated us like family instead of just guests. This hostel is a dream for anyone looking to meet other travellers due to the hostels sense of community created by the warm hospitality and friendliness of Dennis. One of the best hostel experiences I have had!

Amazing hostel, incredible owner.  After traveling for nearly a year, this was probably my best hostel experience.  It felt like a family!  Cool people, great place.  This is what a hostel is supposed to be like!

One of the best hostels I have ever visited! The owner is fantastic and makes everyone feel like you’re part of a family. Booked two nights originally but ended up staying a-lot longer than that. The family vibe of the hostel is great and I will be returning for sure.

The hostel was very clean and new. The hostel contains all facilities what you need. Also, location of the hostel was great. Because the hostel was at the heart of Sarajevo. If you need any help about your trip and the city, owner of the hostel will be ready to help you. 

i really love this hostel because its such a modern and clean amazing place. Its like more than hotel than hostel and its in the best location.

One of the best hostel experiences I've had. My partner and I stayed in a private room which was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, including the  shared bathrooms (which were big and looked new - like the rest of the hostel). The location was also perfect, right in the centre of the city, easy to get to museums, restaurants, Old Town and transport. 

The hosts were also awesome - always ready to help and good for a chat. 

I would certainly stay here again, and would highly recommend the place. 

One thing to note is there are many flights of stairs to get to the hostel (there is no elevator) which is fine, but as my partner has a bad knee, he struggled a bit with so many stairs.

This hostel is located up several flights of rather old stairs, but don't be put off! The hostel is modern, spotlessly clean and very welcoming! We were greeted by Stefan who was such a gem - he recommended bars, cafes, restaurants and museums and was always on hand to help out or offer advice. He's really chatty and quite hilarious, we often sat over a cup of tea/glass of wine in the kitchen and put the worlds to right. We stayed in private twin rooms which were perfect for us, the shared bathrooms are huge and very modern. It's only a 5 minute walk to the 'old town' and there are bakeries and supermarkets even closer. For the price, this place is phenomenal and even our fussy friend was impressed! Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you're looking for an affordable, value for money hostel in Sarajevo then look no further.
Cleanliness throughout Seven Heavens cannot be faulted, good little communal kitchen with everything you need. The beds are comfy and the owner and staff are incredibly friendly and will help you with everything you need. 
They know their city well and will ensure you get to enjoy it too.
Chilled out vibe and only a short walk to old town.
Do yourself a favour and drop in for a visit 😊

Sarajevo Surprise!!

This place is clean and tidy. We had a double bed room with shared bathroom. Other guests were really friendly, but nothing to be compared with owner Harun. He cooked Bosnian coffee for us, recommended us places to go, arranged cheap guided trip to Tunel spasa and abandoned bobsleigh. Location is practically in center, halfway from rail station and Bascarsija.

Really friendly owner

I stayed in the dorm for 3 nights. The location is perfect - walking distance to all the major sights. The dorm room is spacious and appreciate the space and the lack of bunk beds making it very comfortable to sleep. The bathrooms are also large - probably the largest I've come
across in a hostel. 
Stefan was very friendly and helpful -
Making me a coffee on arrival and walking me down to the start of the walking tour to make sure I found the spot. 
The place was very quiet while I was there - I was the only one in the dorm for 2 of the nights. It's a shame as the place is great and would have been better if there were more people to hang out with.
