I recently stayed at The Cabins at Monkey falls in Cayo and had a great time! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I mentioned that the initial bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. They promptly exchanged it for us, and the new bed made a significant difference in our comfort.Aside from that, the atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and willingness to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.
