The hotel can accommodate a pet for an additional fee. An open parking lot is available for those traveling by private car. Shuttle services can be arranged at the reception. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor of the hotel. Breakfast can be delivered to the room. The Willing Bar, located on the 1st floor in the lobby, offers a selection of cocktails, hot drinks, cakes and croissants, room service is possible. Guests can use the gym on the 2nd floor. Gym service is available at an additional cost. The hotel offers other services such as dry cleaning, laundry and ironing services. For corporate meetings, the hotel has several conference rooms equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture.

In the room

The hotel has 120 air-conditioned rooms. The air cooling system operates from May 15 to September 15. Of which 108 are standard, and 12 are made according to individual design projects. Orthopedic mattresses and satin bed linen are provided in all rooms. Each room has a mini-bar with refrigerator, flat-screen TV, cable TV, free wireless Internet access, telephone, 2 bottles of 0.5 l water on the day of arrival, electric kettle and tea making sets, hairdryer. Cosmetic kit, shaving kit, dental kit and bathrobe are available for an additional fee.

The hotel also offers an Executive Suite category, which has a living room with a fireplace combined with a kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The room's windows offer views of the Svisloch River. Guests have access to a double bed, a folding sofa in the bedrooms, and a sofa in the living room. The room can accommodate up to 6 people.
