Sungold House Barbados 

We have spent ten nights at ginger Lilly apartment in sungold house and it’s been amazing. The area around the apartment is safe and clean with a mix of locals and ex pats. Across the road is the best beach in Barbados, Heywoods and it’s just a five minute walk. In fact apart from jumping on the bus to visit hometown (easy with the bus stop barely five mins away) we have walked to everything really easily. Loads of great restaurants, supermarkets and cafes are right on your doorstep. The apartment itself was really kindly stocked with essentials for the first couple of days and spotlessly clean. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms and aircon. Fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook too. Comfy bed and sofas and a small pool for the three apartments to share. No noise from the other residents which was lovely and loads of parking outside if you do hire a car. Jan was on hand with any questions but we settled in with no problems at all. Oh and wifi was free and fast too. We will definitely be back
