This hotel is a little tired and run down but the staff absolutely make it. Michelle on the front desk is so helpful and always smiling and Violeta head of housekeeping is always on hand to bring whatever your heart desires. They make you feel so welcome . It was noisy as there is an arabic nightclub on the first floor and it seems to reverberate up through the floors but actually the sound used to send me asleep it was great. Good food if you order room service and not expensive. Good position in Juffair - near to lots of bars and behind the new mall , so getting shopping was never a problem .
