The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, the staff is very friendly. I would advise everyone! The breakfast was delicious and had many varieties. The spa and the pool were really great. Everything in general was pleasant.

It's a great hotel.

Very bad hotel, even though it positions itself as 4 stars, 4 stars here doesn't even smell. The staff knows no languages except Azerbaijani. There's hardly anything in English. Although Ghabyalia is a tourist city and at least when hiring a 4 star hotel there's a minimum requirement of at least two languages. But these are all flowers. Here you go berries - the internet speed is stupid GPRS, I couldn't even normally talk to my daughter so low speed. Every minute he hits. Bellboy said the hotel is jammed and the speed has fallen. That's not all, I was left with not only this person without internet but without food.

Everything's falling apart, there's no internet, the equipment in the room is not working.

I liked this hotel.It's service at the top level for hotels and this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars rating.I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good time in Qabala.This hotel will give you the most convenient conditions for your relax

hotel is located in a quiet part of town, it is about 1 km from city center, there is a small market across the street. 
the hotel is very nice from inside with decorated wooden doors. the rooms are average size, we had junior suite that included a small sitting area at the entrance. the rooms were clean, the furniture a little dated. 
one interesting thing was heated floor in the bathroom. there was good supply and pressure in the shower ( there is no tub)
the wifi speed was ok however the signal is very weak.
although a map program will show that there are restaurants with in walking distance, in the winter it is not practical. if you have arranged a car and driver then it is feasible other wise the hotel restaurant and room service are adequate and of good value. as other guests have stated buffet breakfast can have more variety ( there is live egg section)

The room carpet is dirty. The phone in the room is not working and you can not call reception, no room to room or outside calls. It is only for a decor. Moreover, the bathroom exhaust fan-are not working and all smiles stay in the room. 

The bed sheets and cover are small and do not cover both of us. However, they have good heater in the cold weather.  The corridor in the room between outside and bed only allow one person due to small size rooms. 

The room is not worth the cost requested. 

The reception is friendly and hopeful and breakfast is good. Also, the location is great. 

If you will chose the hotel please check the room before you check in. 

Small dirty rooms

Average type of hotel, check-in was Ok but after getting into the room lights (main & bathroom) were not working which was sorted out by maintenance person, breakfast does not many options, check-out had issues as one M&M packet was missing from mini bar while i have not used but hotel manager was very good & said no issues.

Average hotel

The hotel is very good for stay and spa facilities. I found the allotted room a bit cramped with the extra bed we requested.
The spa is very good. Ms Roya was my therapist for a sports massage - she was very good and helped relax the sore muscles after many days of continuous travel.
The breakfast spread was inadequate especially for vegetarians. We would suggest enhancement of the options for breakfast buffet.

Great hotel

I visited this hotel few days ago . This is very good hotel and the breakfast was very good and other food on the menu were good too . Staffs are friendly and rooms are neat and clean and well maitained. 

Very good hotel 

This is a nice property. Good standard rooms, perfect buffet breakfast, indoor swimming pool , sauna, turkish hammam, spa services. Overall it was a good stay. Though the staff wasn’t friendly . They need to learn how to smile. 

Gooood

One of the best hotels in Azerbaijan. Whatever appears on booking sites, the hotel is same while on site. Have swimming pools, breakfast option and reasonable price lunch and dinner option on-site. Good for children
