Great accommodation about 10 minutes walk from the Ringstrasse or 3 minutes by tram the stop being right outside the front door. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The room is quiet, clean and warm (it was early November when I visited) the shower perfect and the tv had plenty of channels to choose from. Very good value and I would stay again no hesitation
