We went to the Schoenberg Palace outside Vienna as one of our visits to the Christmas markets in Vienna, Nuremberg, and Munich during the U.S Thanksgiving holiday. Nothing can describe the amazing, wonderful and pampered experience we had. The Princess suite was beautiful and we wanted for nothing. We had a delicious fruit and candy 3-tiered tray, a refrigerator filled with soft drinks and snacks, fresh flowers, and a wine cooler filled with wine. Our beds in the two bedrooms were really comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated. The bathrooms had heated towel racks, were enormous and the entire suite was impeccably clean. The Austria Trend hotel picked us up for breakfast and returned us when we finished so we could take one more trip around the Christmas markets then returned again to take us back for checkout. We have never stayed anywhere like the Grand Suite and we were totally treated and felt like princesses. If you are able to and get the opportunity, treat yourself to an amazing night in the Palace. We certainly won’t ever forget it! Kudos to the wonderful staff.
