Great Hotel. Clean.  3 min walk to U4 train to get into the centre of Vienna,. Staff is so accommodating.  I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful large room  .Very clean.Good instructions regarding use of access codes.The room faced main road but this was fine gjven double glazed windows + shutters.Very close to underground station taking one into town. In summary I would certainly stay again at "Sissi West"

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Vienna.Easy to access and very near to the U-bahn!Karlsplatz is merely 7 stops away and so it the city center.I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be back again. And yes the famous Schönbrunn palace is at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes : )

Location was excellent. The staff was friendly and prompt. Helped with parking so kindly.

Communication was great. As American travellers on our honeymoon they gave everything we needed and even left a note and champagne in the fridge. (We don't drink but the gesture was much appreciated). You can walk to bakeries and restaurants and the metro in just minutes. Schonnbrunn is a 12 minute walk but the gardens are only a few minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was large and comfortable. 5 stars, you really cant ask for more.

Nice place.  Just know you need to check messages before you show up.  You don't just book and show up.  On e we understood the process all was great.  Clean, great location(right next to Ubahn)
