My wife is of a local St Johann family and for years this has been the go to restaurant for what locals call “the best Schnitzel“ in the area. We had lunch here (again) today and the place was full of locals being Sunday. Over all the years we have returned to this restaurant it is consistently very good fresh cooked food. Family owned and run the place is very traditional Tirol decors, plenty of timber, low ceilings and full of warmth. Today we all had Schnitzel, fries and a mixed salad accompanied by the house red. Top marks!
