We had an exceptionally great stay here after the staff went the extra mile to fit us in for a last minute stay over New Year. We had planned a family skiing vacation over New Year and were let down by another hotel cancelling 3 days before our planned departure. After ringing around Obergurgl we were highly fortunate to call Chalet Obergurgl who went the extra mile to make us have an amazing vacation with only 2 days notice. The chalet/apartments were very clean, modern and finished to a high standard such as Miele appliances and tablet for info and bookings etc. Great Pizza from the adjoining Moss hotel with a great a friendly bar. Ski school meeting point and hire shop just over the road. Kids loved the pool. Overall I'd summarise by saying Great accommodation, staff and facilities. We'll definitely be back!
