I have never meet , a nice hard working fantastic woman and men like in this great guest house, they are overwelming. Friendly caretaking, with nice rooms great breakfast in a nice cozy small town. If you want rest you get it here, if you want to See the Brilliant city of Innsbruck with all Its glorie Stay in this Guest house let them comfort you and take the tram down to the city for just € 5.80'.  I would always come back to this warm family.  Lithuania and Holland say.  Thanx

I have stayed here twice with my son, once in August 2015 when my son was eight and just this month, when he is now almost eleven. We had a fabulous time the first time and the second time was fabulous too! My son has talked about it many times and kept asking me when we could go back again. The guesthouse is in Natters from which you can easily access Innsbruck on the STB tram but you get all the benefits of staying in an Alpine village. The house is a lovely old spacious chalet with a bar downstairs. The rooms are bright, big and clean. There is a wonderful breakfast and Hanzi, the owner goes out of her way to do anything for you, loads of little extras appeared at breakfast and in our room. She is so kind and helpful and we loved Sammy the dog! There are fabulous views from the house and my son says the bread at breakfast is second to none. Just a very special wonderful place that we are so thankful to have found. 

Me and my partner have just returned from a 2 night stay at Gasthof Stern and it was amazing.Johanna and her husband could not have been more helpful even to the point of her husband taking us to the airport at 9 oclock on Sunday morning just so we had time to have breakfast.It was the second time my partner had stayed there and she could not wait to go back and we will be doing so again in April.We cannot recommend Gasthof Stern enough as we were so happy with everything about it.

Iit was a comfortable, clean and spacious room. A great view of the mountains in the morning. The lady that works and I think is the owner was really kind and always ready to help. She was talking in english, although switched to german the moment that knew that my partner speaks german (I do not...)
The breakfast was served in the table and always with good presentation. Besides she also asked the hours we would like to have breakfast and to make a bread for our trip to come back. A really sweet lady. The guesthouse is far away from innsbruck (natters) but if you have a car, you can save money because the price is lower and in 10 minutes you are in the city.

Arriving at Gasthof Stern for a few days over Easter was like going home for a visit. Johanna welcomes guests like they are family and does everything she can to make you feel at home. The rooms are ample and clean and the service is exceptional. The house also features a small bar that appears to be the local watering hoile for the town so you are able to see plenty of local color. We would definitely stay there again. It's only a few minutes from Innsbruck by car and many places are an easy day trip.
