I felt so comfortable in the guest garden under beautiful trees and overlooking the lake of dreams. It was like a vacation in an earlier time. Completely relaxed. The kettle and the snack of marinade noodles were a delight. Thanks to the hostess!

It's just relaxation, that's all.

I've never seen anything so dirty before. The bath towel was black from dirt, the bedding stained the carpet. The blue cord was thinner than a slice. I wanted to eat and not read the newspaper. The dessert, on the other hand, was delicious. Generally smelly. The hostess gave the complaint only to the cleaning lady the black Peter, also not fine. The water was maximum warm... never to say goodbye.

The problem is that it's not easy.

We were recently at the hotel. We can't basically disagree with the negative reviews, it's been a while. But it's a family run hotel with a very friendly and helpful boss. The grandmother probably can't separate herself from the guests. The hotel is her life. So, it's not an anonymous four or five-star box that doesn't have radiation. The room was generous with a beautiful view of the lake. You can sunbathe or swim on the lake. An easy way makes the water access easy and pleasant. By ordering a taxi you can get to the city and conveniently to the railway. Breakfast was served at dawn and we would like to make more expressions about what you want.

Nice hotel

The hosts are incredibly nice. They're courteous, discreet, generous. They're very nice right by the lake. I have a wonderful room with a winter garden. They're gorgeous. They're in a great mood, they're professional. I can imagine you're going to have to wait a little longer at a full edge, but the hostess is doing her best.

Oh, that's great.

Room unattended! tablets on the floor, mirrors sprayed and lubricated, spiders and dead flies were scattered enough in the room. The breakfast room is also not very appetizing.

Rooms 11 and 19 a tribute

You look forward to a delicious jaune plate and you get gouda, extrawurst, crackers, turmeric, eggs and a toasted black bread and completely hard old pastries and that for 10€.

Fingers away from this inn, no wonder the inn is always empty!

After a long time we were very happy to finally go out to eat again. It's a shame that we decided to go to this inn. 3 out of 4 glasses were full of dirt inside, really disgusting. The main dishes (snitzel, cheese pastel and Berner Würstl) were enough from the crowd, but unfortunately, something like that was thrown on the plate. When the cashier came, then the next bad surprise came. According to the map, a cola costs 0.33l €3.20 - we got 0.25l in the dirty glass and still paid 3.20. The information that the boss ignored, for dirty glass just once murmured an apology. There was no price, there was never another dismissal for the kids as a senior dismissal.

A Shame - Let Go

As always, it is beautiful to sit in the chestnut garden and enjoy the evening sun. The food was excellent as it was the last time and the summit of the ramsau is unattainable! We will surely be back soon!!

If you want to experience being ignored by the staff and at best perceived as annoying as a guest, you should go there. We managed to order the drinks after 20 minutes, we didn't get them in the remaining 15 minutes of our stay. So we watched as new guests arrived at a neighborhood bar and had the drinks within three minutes. At another neighborhood bar, the guests tried to remember.

Never again

Those who are satisfied with 3-star comfort and like a bit of old fashioned walking and staircase have been well maintained in the holiday inn Ramsau. The house is located on the waterfront and almost all the rooms have a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake across the guest garden. The rooms are clean and have the necessary equipment to expect from ***, including fungi. The walk and staircase area, in a different assessment than unsightly and in need of renovation, has been clearly renovated; there is a more comfortable new carpet floor in this ship, so that this long-sleeper does not have to feel guilty of its early or later alternative foot-stepping painting. What we have especially appreciated is that the guesthouse has a good price - and has a wide range of old-school and old-fashioned accommodation - and for anyone who wants to come to our home with a little more relaxed dining room, the dining room is located on the sunny side of the lake.
