14 reviewsWe have been guests at Haus Helga for more than 25 years - not managing every year - but most. We feel like part of an extended family as we have watched the family grow and shared in lives and events of the generations. The accommodation is top class with lovely spacious en suite rooms and also very nice apartments with fabulous views. Breakfasts are a treat in the sunny extended breakfast room. There is always time to chat with the family and find out the best options for the day. Our hosts are well steeped in knowledge and traditions of the Lungau Region and love sharing stories and helping us to plan what to do. We have not yet used the wellness rooms there - we have been too busy exploring the region. We love to go in summer to explore the alpine meadows and join in the festivals - but one year we must go in the winter - if we can get accommodation, as it is even more popular in the ski season! Thank you Familie Essl! You are the best!
