The Redwood Manor Motel Apartments in Warrnambool is a convenient place to lay your head for the night. Located in the heart of Warrnambool it is a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs.

We walked to “The Cally” for a few drinks and dinner. So it was very handy for us. “The Cally” is worth a visit if you are staying in Warrnambool, check our review on it here.

There is onsite parking available right outside of your room. We didn’t have any direct interaction with staff (not that that’s a bad thing) a simple text advising the room was unlocked and the key was on the table. so that earns a score of 3.5.

Good and clean, easy access to cafes and 8 mins from train station, walking. Friendly staff. Will go again for future visits. Walking distance to some interesting tourists spots. A good place to walking around and there are public buses nearby.

Holiday break

Terrible rooms , overcharged us and still 5 days later waiting for a refund. Bad facilities , shower is a dribble, rooms smell of cigarette, unsafe for children , no person on site for assistance . It almost felt like a halfway house. Avoid if you can

They will spoil your holiday. I just checked-out couple of hours back and writing this review while on my way to Melbourne. Bad service. Communication problem as staff has english  issues. You say something and they understand something else. We were 4 families staying together and we all had bad experience here.

Nooooo dont stay here..

Was very spaciousspacious. Big spa. Was clean  
 Contactless check in and out.
Was quiet location. Easy parking. 
Easy walk  to shops . Eg. Coles  Aldi. Target.
 etc. Good equipex kitchen. Stove. Microwave. Utensils  and crockery .

1brm spa apartment

We stayed here for 1 night. The apartment was beautiful and had all basic facilities. We booked family room so it had enough beds and quilts. Also it had crockery and dining table to sit and eat. Good big bathroom too. 
Though we faced some problems initially. When we reached at the Motel, there was no one at reception and we had to call the owner at given phone number. Over phone, she told us there was no booking in our name. So we requested to come at the motel. It took her 15-20 minutes to reach. Seems there was some technical glitch in the booking from their end, but seeing the print out of booking confirmation with me, she helped us by allotting a room. Thankfully, they still had some spare rooms. Only problem was, with all this, some of our time got wasted. Anyway, we were still quite happy about their service as she did not hesitate to solve the problem.

Beautiful & very comfortable apartment

Five of us stayed for two nights. We found  the accommodation adequate, but small (smaller than the photos suggest) for five people - one bedroom apartment with spa bath: one double, one single, and a double sofa bed. 

Excellent value for money at $40 p/p p/n, especially considering the location which is walking distance to everything. 

As other reviews note, there is never anyone at reception; parking is indeed tight; and our room was not serviced for the duration of our stay. 

No full length mirror, and only enough toiletries for one person. 

Everything seemed clean. 

I'd stay again. 

Adequate 

Not much more than a motel room.  Stench of damp that we couldn't get rid of.  No staff on site. The only thing they did was provide 1 roll of toilet paper per day.  Certainly not worth what they're charging.

Not what was expected.

We only stayed one night at this motel. On arrival we discovered that there wasn't a reception or anybody to speak to (phone to find out which room) we were allocated room 3 which was basic (which is fine) but the room and especially the bathroom needed a good clean, even mold on the net curtains, the oven needed a clean before use. Normally if you encounter a problem with your accommodation, you can contact reception but there isn't one here. We will certainly give this place a miss in the future!
