Great location and awesome sound proofing

We loved the accommodation - it was fresh and new and in the middle of Fortitude Valley. It had everything we needed for a self contained relaxing stay.   The area around it was not that flash with some interesting characters in the street but it was great to get to the bikeway and ride to the Breakfast Creek and have walking distance to shops and bars.

The property was close to everything we needed. Parking underneath was easy. Electronic key on app took a little while to get use to it. Overall, 9 out of 10 for our stay.

I love the place, spotless, wee kept and service was fantastic.

Simple access management process with the digital key and great communication.

Clean modern apartment in a quiet street with free public parking directly outside.

Rambla has been great. We had to book two extras nights due to the cyclone and they were great about it all. Really nice clean new rooms

Great location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Apartment was very spacious and spotless.

Lovely New and Fresh Accommodation

Lovely stay and nice apartment. The daycare next door is always noisy but i guess its happy sounds (until it's not). The digital key was a little challenging for me and didn't work at thd beginning but the prompt service was excellent and always there for me. The awesome location made up for it.Thanks

Pre-arrival check-in process was fast, simple and allowed me to check-in whilst in my uber transferring from the airport. The digital key was a great feature, but sometimes impractical. The only negative for me during this stay was the noisy garbage chute right outside my apartment door. Many many positives however, it’s a new building, very we’ll, decorated and maintained and very helpful and friendly staff assisted me with several enquiries promptly.

Very close to Brunswick Mall down a dead end street.  Easy parking.  Would have been better to get “electronic key” slightly earlier than check in time.  Only received it at 2.05pm (check in at 2 pm) and took a good 5 mins to sort out downloading and how to use it and then to park.  We were in the room at 2.20pm. Often didn’t work first time at the locks.  No explanation of needing to use it on the lifts.  Stickers everywhere explaining everything from how to use the aircons to turning off the lights.  Would have been good to have a tv in the bedroom.  Couch very uncomfortable but good that it was a pull-out if needed.

Fantastic modern property with everything one would need to stay for business or pleasure. The extra fee for parking is annoying as the garage roller door was open for the entirety of my stay and anyone could have parked for free. You’d be hard pressed to find another better property in the valley. 5stars all round

Modern quiet apartment in the valley 5 *

The property was amazing, it was stunning when we walked in, we loved the decor. It was spotlessly clean, it looked like nobody had stayed there before but there were korean shows on you tube which we enjoyed looking at !!! We didn’t realize there was a roof top garden with excellent facilities like a pool, spa and sauna and panoramic 360 degree views of Brisbane, Fortitude Valley had a great vibe, we had a really enjoyable meal locally at Fat Dumpling and another great meal at Felons on the harbour near Story Bridge, Perfect location to jump on water ferries and buses and trains, everything so close. The Peter Morrisey toiletries were fabulous in the bathroom, can’t wait to come back for a romantic weekend with my partner, this trip was a birthday present for my daughter from me.

This is a great brand new place to stay in Fortitude Valley. It is clean, and convenient. The beds are very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great. Great shower. Full kitchen with pans, crockery etc. Nice outdoor patio. Rooftop pool and hot tub with amazing views. Parking was great. Check in is via a form and pin for lifts and room which worked well. Fortitude Valley is a "special entertainment precinct" which means there are lots of lively music venues, bars and eateries nearby - a great experience and we will be back.

Great location, modern apartment, had an issue with the digital key, but pin code is also supplied and communication was excellent from property. Able to access a physical key once inside the aprtment. Would stay again.
