Both my friend and I were very happy with our stay.Staff were all so kind, helpful and professional. We were able to leave our bags until check in and then after check out until in the evening. The room was small and simple but was clean and had everything we needed, including good aircon, a comfortable bed, mini fridge and a shower with good pressure. the location was super convenient being so close to kings cross station, because of this there was some outside noise at night but it wasn’t enough to bother us, inside the hotel guests respected they needed to be quiet at night, so we still slept really well both nights. The front door to the hotel is locked before 9 am and after 3 pm so we felt safe here. Our only complaints were the only hand soap was inside the shower and that there was no fan in the bathroom.But overall staying here was a lovely experience and we’ll definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.
