I doubt you could get a more central location for Hahndorf with secure parking. Everything is walking distance, shops, dining, pubs and cafe's. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Our one bedroom unit was spotless and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Lisa, the owner, was really friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information on arrival. Top spot, will definitely be back!

Such a serene environment and our cottage was  immaculately clean and neat. Shops and quality restaurants were literally down the driveway from our cottage. Lisa was very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The property was in the perfect spot. Lisa was great with communication, The room was clean and everything we needed was there. Great weekend away.  We will be back

A lovely place to stay ( Oct. 2024). We had a nice room (cottage #1) which had a basic kitchenette. Large room and bathroom, separate bedroom. Very friendly owners.The property is in an excellent location, centrally located on the main road. Many restaurants and bars a short walk away. Laundry facilities on site.Secure parking.Highly recommended.

One of the loveliest places I’ve stayed - friendly, quiet, super amazing customer service and communication (even turned the heater on prior to arrival). Can’t recommend enough!

A great property in a great location. The cottage was spacious and well appointed, with a separate lounge/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The electric gates make the car park secure, and the free laundry was perfect after a couple of weeks travelling around the district. The hosts were friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed.

This is a top shelf set up all round.  Gated parking, excellent private rooms and central location.  The staff are nearly non existent but that was fine.  Once checked in they leave you alone unless you need something.  We enjoyed not having to worry about when housekeeping might want to get in etc.  The rooms are large, quiet and well appointed.

Excellent private stay

Great location on the Main Street but set back so no traffic noise. Delightful 1 bedroom cottage, which are a credit to the friendly owners. We spent 2 nights there as we had a function to go to nearby on the Saturday night. 
The unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy too.
Would highly recommend staying there if you are looking for accommodation in Hahndorf.

Fabulous!

Perfect location. On main street though set back so very peaceful and quiet. Could not fault anything about these cottages. Very comfortable, extremely clean, just perfect. Easy stroll to everything in the village and short drive to anywhere. Haven't been this impressed with accommodation for a long time.

Unbeatable

Great location, nice stay. Many quality places to eat within only a couple of minutes walk. Place is very nice ( as previous reviews have stated) Reverse cycle heating/cooling available, night light in the bathroom, towels are thick and thirsty, full length mirror on back of bedroom door( I didn't see it until much later), milk in fridge, microwave, Coles service station very close across the road if you get peckish before 10pm. Secure parking meant that I had no concerns about the car.

Great location

These cottages are situated in the village of Hahndorf’s Main Street.
They are perfectly located a short drive from Adelaide and set amongst some beautiful countryside.
These are very comfortable suites and have all you desire, even the use of laundry facilities.
The owners are very accomodating and I would tell everyone to check them out. PS… the dress shop down the road is a must too.

So peaceful and lovely

As if Hahndorf and the Adelaide Hills aren't enough, Oak Tree Cottages made this visit a superb experience.
The host and hostess greeted us on arrival.  Their obvious pride in these beautifully renovated cottages is well placed.  
Oak Tree Cottages is right in the middle of Hahndorf but the accommodation is whisper quiet.
The cottages are well equipped and scrupulously clean.
The WiFi is excellent.
There is ample, secure parking behind locked gates.
Oak Tree Cottages could not be improved.

Excellent accommodation in a lovely town

This beautiful little place is in the main street of Hahndorf, park your car in their secure car park , you are in walking distance for every thing .
The cottages are delightful, very clean and their littles gardens are great.

Sue And Greg Brown run the place, and if you need any thing, they are so obliging. We had a great stay and we will be back for sure. Come on South Aussies get behind them.

FANTASTIC

If it is relaxation you’re after, then this is the place. 
As this was our 25th wedding anniversary and I was still recovering from breast cancer surgery, it was perfect. The owners Greg & Sue are lovely and very accommodating, even though our plane was delayed and put us two hours behind time, we just had to give them a call when we arrived and we were met at the gate. We were taken to our room where the heater was already on for our arrival. being right in the Main Street everything you need is just a short stroll away, but you could not hear any noise from your room. Free on site parking is always a plus. We will definitely be back to stay!!!!
